EWOB acts as an umbrella for educators and students to do research and teach in their local communities and abroad. We work with communities to create new and innovative educational programs tailored to their needs. We collaborate with public and private institutions and community organizations to provide lecturers, volunteers and educational materials, including books, illustrations and multi-media presentations. We also use visual and performing arts as a means to introduce a diversity of cultural experiences and to make learning fun for young and old alike. One of our main goals is to provide more resources for under-represented minorities, students, workers, immigrants and women.
